ORDERS
For us, every order is special. It deserves the same passion we put into production. The minimum order amount is €20, the maximum is €500.
Every order is prepared with the utmost care, just like our products: by hand, with attention and respect. We carefully package items to ensure their integrity until delivery.
We generally pack orders received within 2-3 business days, after which the shipment is entrusted to selected couriers who deliver nationwide within 48/72 hours (variable for islands or remote areas).
During periods of high demand, times may vary, but we strive to always maintain high service standards.
DELIVERIES
Shipping methods vary depending on the order value, to always ensure the best balance between efficiency, delivery times, and type of delivery.
For orders between €20 and €100, you can choose between Standard and Express shipping.
For orders between €100 and €200, shipping is Standard and FREE, maintaining service quality and delivery times.
For orders between €200 and €500, shipments are dedicated to Large Volumes, available in both Standard and Express modes, designed to ensure adequate handling for larger quantities and bulky packaging.
For customers located in selected areas near the Eccelso headquarters, Local Delivery is also available: starting from a minimum order of €50, it will be possible to receive the products directly by hand, in faster times.
Available options are always automatically displayed at checkout, based on the order amount and the delivery geographical area.
Costs include packaging.
RETURN POLICY
We understand how important it is to receive your order in perfect and undamaged condition.
For food safety reasons, we cannot accept returns, but we guarantee you an immediate solution: we will replace non-compliant products with a new shipment dedicated to you.
